There are two questions about TRM (task and resource management)

Hi,

There are two questions need your help about TRM Task and Resource management.

1. I have set up the TRM Site Notes Zones Rsource type Resoure element ... but i don't know how to create a task, For example , when i create a TO that not be confirmed, but i can't see any information from the TRM monitors.

2. After i access the TRM system by T-code LP00, i find all the transactions will relate to Handling unit , my question is Must be necessary for TRM?

Hi,

you need to setup the TRM relevance

First assign the site to a Whs

SPRO/LE/WM/Interface/TRM/assign site

Second, the movement relevance

SPRO/LE/WM/Interface/TRM

Third in case the document is trm relevant,

Some work is necessary to create the taks in Urgent mode see BAdI CHANGE_TO_REQUEST

This will create task at TO creation time.

Four: Make sure you have setup the 2 step confirmation

no. 1) I have nearly the same problem as you have. I have also create an TO (not confirmed) and I don't see it in the TRM-monitor. It would be nice, if someone can help us.

no. 2) I don't think, that you need all transaction. You can delete some of them in the Customizing.
