How do i configure central transport management system within Solution Manager to find out if transports within different environments can be controlled from single system.
You first need to have every SAP system already configured into Solution Manager in a Solution Landscape whereas, to configure the central TMS to handle all the T.O you need to configure the Change Management feature in Solution Manager.
