Hello Evryone,

Even i have faced with the issue raised by Mr.Evegeny Klainer(pls go thru the below mail by Evgeny Klainer) , but i was struck at a different level.

i was able to get out of the situation by setting proxies(Suggested by Anilkumar) and providing the URL (Vijith Kumar)

http://www.abysal.com/soap/AbysalEmail.wsdl, but then my model was not getting created after the following two steps.

6.Enter the following WSDL description for the Web service in the WSDL field:

http://www.abysal.com/soap/AbysalEmail.wsdl

7.You do not need to make any entries in the next step, Proxy Definition / URI Package Mappings. Close the input dialog by choosing Finish.

these were the continuing steps which were mentioned by Evgeny.

After i say Finish, nothing is happening.

Can any one help me out??

I need create application in web-dynpro that collect some data and after it sending this data via email.

I have some problem with web serv.

I have Tutorial (Generating a Model from the WSDL Description)

and I follow the steps

1. In the project structure, expand the node Web Dynpro ¨ Models.

2. From the context menu, choose Create Model. The appropriate wizard appears.

3. Choose the Import Web Service Model option, followed by Next.

4. Enter the name EmailModel as the model name and

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.tutorial.emailws.model as the package name.

5. Under Select WSDL Source, choose the radio button UDDI or URL, followed by Next.

6. Enter the following WSDL description for the Web service in the Wsdl field:

http://webservices.matlus.com/scripts/emailwebservice.dll/wsdl/IemailService

7. You do not need to make any entries in the next step, Proxy Definition / URI Package

Mappings. Close the input dialog by choosing Finish.

After Step No 6 I have problem "FINISH" Button is UnActive and if I push "NEXT" I get ERROR

"Invalid WSDL WSDL not found please specify different WSDL orcheck WSDL location entered on previous page

Anybody know what the problem

Try to put the WSDL file on your Local Machine and then upload may be it's will work.

Hi,

Just to add a few observations regarding this question.

1.The WSDL "http://webservices.matlus.com/scripts/emailwebservice.dll/wsdl/IemailService" seems to be out dated and is no more active.

2. Inspite I also tried the same email sevice "http://www.abysal.com/soap/AbysalEmail.wsdl"

3.Followed the tutorial "Creating a Web Service Model"

4.Was able to deploy n run the application.

5.But when I click on the button for "send email" I does not send email.I get the following error at the bottom of the application:

"Service call exception; nested exception is: java.net.UnknownHostException: http://set-proxy.accenture.com/bin/setup.proxy "

6.Kindly help me in following doubts:

i)I am not very sure about the IP address of the proxy server and Proxy Port to use.

What I used for http proxy host is

in IE>IE options>connection>LAN setting>use automatic configuration script address at the top(this was already set).

This is basically "the LAN setting configuration IP address" .

ii) In the email port,I tried the options :

- Http Cookie-based session and

-stateless communication

iii)I used the proxy port as 8080.

But I got the same error.

iV)How can I use SAP WAS sessions for email web service?

v)Overall I think I need to know what http proxy addesss should I use.That may make the the application work.

Kindly reply if somebody has run this web service model successfully.
