automatic emails out of SRM

I am adding new uesrs to my SRM org. structure. Every time I had a new one the user gets an email with the message "Please check employee 50003921". This just started happening but I don't know what turned it on or how to shut it off.

Any one run across this before or know where the configuration is for it?

I believe this is an automated message from the SRM Alert Management. This is where I found the same message originating in a previous installation. Here's the help link:
