BSI Gross up calculation

Hi Gurus,

I have configured gross up wage type and its working fine .

Anyone one knows how BSI is calculating the base wage type that is used to calculate the Taxes? Is there any formula or something?

640 is the amt you need to gross up and 20.270298 should be the tax for the total amount (660.2702982 )

So the gross up amount is 660.2702982
