Solution Optimization required during User Profile changes to satellite sys

Hi All,

We have a requirement from Securities team and require your suggestions on solution optimization.

Issue:

As part of user profile changes (SU01), IDOC’s are created from CUA system (Central User Administration) and these user profile changes are propagated to local systems (Production, integration and testing environments) to CUA. During this process around 6000+ IDOC’s are created and are occupying most of the system resources and running for a long time. We do not have control over # of IDOC’s created.

How can we optimize this user profile changes from CUA to other systems?

Hi,

please refer to ressource management of tRFC regarding used workprocesses for idocprocessing (outbound and inbound).

Pleae refer also to note #399271, which gives a suggestion (backgroundprocessing of idocs (inbound/outbound).

the number of created idocs can be reduced by using zcua_su10 of note #840154.
