URGENT :CCM not working

Hi,

When I press on edit catalogue in the front end. I am getting page cannot be displayed error. Can anyone throw some light on this. Points will be rewarded for useful answers.

It is common one that people will get reguarly. U do one thing Pl check ur Explore settings.

Hello,

Is your CCM component is on different server than EBP?

If yes pl check whether the server is working properly

and the user CATMAN has proper role

/CCM/CATALOG_MANAGER

I have catalog manager role. Server is working properly.

Then we should check what Masa is pointing.

What he wants to check is that whether the server is pointing towards the correct service when it generates the URL after the "edit catalog" link is clicked.

It would be like follow

http://erpdevsrci.egat.co.th:8010/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart/?sap-client=500&sap-language=EN

BTW are the corresponding services active in SICF txn?

Hi,

Did you tried the SAP support test page from SE80?

BSP application: /CCM/SRM_CSE

Pages with flow logic: tmp_entry.htm

Just try this and then try to do the normal process by clicking "Edit catalog".

Is this a new installation of SAP CCM? Is this the first time you have tried to access the application or has this just stopped working recently? Please provide as much information as possible in order for us to provide some feedback on the possible cause.
