moving materials from one org to other

Dear ALL,

Please guide me on how to move Materials existing in one Sales Organization to other Sales Organization?

EX: I have 100 materials in s.org 1000 and i want all these should be moved to s.org 2000 and not to be seen in s.org 1000 any more.

please advice me

Hi Kogi,

Are you speaking about material master records? Please clarify it.

If you want to delete the extentions of your material master records for a sales organisations, you can use MM06 (give the material number, sales organisation, distribution channel) > put the DF in the thick-box.

MM17 is good to to get through with this issue (MVKE-LVORM) if you have to change several records.

You can use LSMW to extend your material master records for a new sales organisation.

Hi

The material exists in plant and storage locations and not in Sales Organisation. If you don't want to sell those materials thro this sales organisation, you restrict in many ways.
