How to archive or reorganise the "Import History"

Dear Administrators,

there is another qestion about Import History.

We prozessed an Upgrade from 4.6C to ECC600(Netweaver 7.00). The transport folder is a new one.

But I can see the Import History from 4.6 time.

Can I archive the Import History or not. I did not find any Objects in SARA for the tables TPLOG or TPALOG.

Many thanks in advance

Vladimir

Hi,

I don't know the table, but may be some one with ABAP skills can run the "show import history" in STMS via a debugger and see which tables are involved.

We take OS backups in addition to normal database backups.

Hallo,

I spoke about ARCHIVE no about BACKUP. I have no old trans folder more but I can see the old Import history. Why?

Hello Vladimir,

I do't think any standard archiving object is available for it. May be you need to create one. But anyways having old import history records is not that bad. Also I think this has an OS level file dependency. This is because I noticed some time back (if I remember correctly)that even after doing system copy the import history in the target system remained intact.
