You can use SKF's for this. Activities that need to be carried:

KK01 - Create SKF's (activities like WEIGHT etc.,)

CJS2 - Change (WBS Element) *Plan SKF's against the WBS

KB31N - Enter *Post the SKF's

S_ALR_87013548 - Statistical Key Figures/Periods * View Plan/Actual/Variance of SKF
