Strange problem with customer - Assigned Order block

Hi Experts,

I am facing a strange problem while creating sales order. System is showing error that "Customer has assigned a order block.". However I have checked carefully in VD05 that there are no block maintained for order, delivery or billing.

Plz help!!!!!

if this is happening only to one customer..check the customer master KNA1.

in Se16 for KNA1 enter kunnr has the customer number and check the value for Kna1-AUFSD

Dear Kuldeep

Go to XD05, give the required details and execute. Here you will see a field "Order Block". Remove the block and save. Now try to create sale order for that particular customer so that you wont face problem.

Hi,

Please check the transaction code OVAL... the reference database table is TVAST.......

This is the only place where you need to do changes......

Error message numbetr is 423... application V1...

This will def solve your problem....

Can you check for creating order for the same customer in a different sales area.

Dear Madhava..,

There are no problem in creating the order to other customers in same order type. We are facing problem with only one customer. So that is not the case with us.

Is there nobody who can help me in this regard????????????

Please check if customer is blocked centrally..... XD05.....

I have checked the customer in all tcodes XD05, VD05, FD05. There are no block maintained in any tcode.

I have also checked the Blocked field in FD32. It is also unchecked.

Plz help!!!!!!!!
