Pricing conditions in PO based on Inco Terms

Hi all,

Can you tell me how can we set up the system so that the Pricing conditions will appear in PO based on inco terms.

1. Condition table : 048 is available in Standard SAP System to check go to SPRO - Materials management - Purchasing - Conditions -Define Price Determination process - Maintain Condition table in the pop window select disply condition table enter value 048 and press enter.

You can use existing fields or you add/delet feilds

2. Using this condition table create a new acess sequence use follwong menu path

SPRO - Materials management - Purchasing - Conditions -Define Price Determination process - Define access sequence

assign acess sequecne created in step 2 to your condition type using tcode m/06

maintain condition records using MEK1 for automatic determination of prices
