where is the Common Sales Area in the IMG.

any Tc for that ??

First Common division and distribution channel.

Img->sd->master data->

Step1: define common distribution channel

Tcode: VOR0

step2: Define common Distribution channel

Tcode: VOR1

then goto

img-> SD->sales-> sales document->salesdocument header-> assign sales document to sales area.

here assign all steps.

save it.

common sales area prevents the multiple master records. only this purpose.

Dear Sourav,

Following three organizational elements make up a sales area

1) Sales Organization

2) Distribution Channel

3) Division

In SAP there is no Common Sales Area. U ll get common distribution channel and common division, which prevents multiple condition records.

• For Assignment of Sales Area :- (T code - OVAZ)

Img-> SD->sales-> sales document->sales document header-> assign sales area to sales document types.

• For defining of Common division and distribution channel :-

Img->sd->master data->

1. Step1: define common distribution channel

T. code: VOR0

2. Step2: Define common Distribution channel

T. code: VOR1

I think it will clear u about Sales area, common distribution channel and Common division.

Hi,

Follow the path-

IMG-> Sales And Distribution->Sales>Sales doc. header-----> Assign sales order types permitted for sales area.

But prior to this ,common distribution channel and common divisions should be created.

Goto IMG-SALES & DISTRIBUTION-SALES-SALES DOCUMENT HEADER-ASSIGN SALES AREA TO SALES DOCUMENT TYPE.
