Hi Gurus,

I created a sales order smartform and print program for it. I mentioned both in the output types in NACE. When i try to see the print preview from transaction va02, it does not show anything. it takes the printer name and then it does not show the output.

Can someone please help, where did i go wrong.

Hi,

Please check if the output type defined in NACE is the correct one.

Then check if you have assigned the same output type under messages for that sales order.

Hi,

I think your NACE is not properly configured with your Smartform Name and Output Type.

Check it once again.

In t.code nace have u written smartform name & program by default it is sap script .

thanks for the reply. But other than sap script, even u have provision to give smartform also. So, i mentioned the smartform there.

Hi,

Open The Print Program in SE38

Find The FM CALL FUNCTION 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME'

Set break point in the FM and ckeck in form name what it is passing .

Whether it is passing your smartform name or not.
