customizing about delivery collective operation

Hello Gurus,

I have some customizing questions about delivery collective operation:

(1) I want to collectively create delivery orders from sales orders, and I want to customize the rules , by which I can determine how the saless orders combined into just one deliverys or split into a few delivery orders . how can I get that?

(2) you can model different business process for deliveries using delivery scenarios. when you process the delivery list, you just need to choose a scenario. how can I set that scenario?

Dear bo zhang

To have one delivery against multiple sale orders, following needs to be unique in all sale orders

1) Ship to party

2) Transportation Group

3) Inco terms

4) Shipping point

5) Stock confirmed date

If any of the above differs in sale order, then you will get delivery split. To have one delivery against multiple sale orders, you need to run VL10C

These are the standard transactiond available to create deliveries collectively from the sales order different level.

VL10A-->sales orders

VL10C-->Sales item

VL10E-->Sales oredr scheduleline

Go through this transaction eneter the the according to your requirement then execute system will give the delivery document.
