Shipment Delivery problem(Business critical problem)Please suggest........

Hi Friends,

I have one problem.Two where houses shipment documents are transfer to customer through ALE.

two where houses are using the same partner , same message type and function module.

but one where house shipments documents are posted correctly.and another where house Shipment documents all are error out.

i think this error is not related to Technical problem .

So please mention any configuration checking for this issue.

Please give the solution asap.it very big business critical case.

Please put the details about the error what type of error you are getting? and what place(For which activity) you are getting error?

What is the error message then only we can able to help you!!
