Hi,

1. We are using Plan driven procurement in extended classic scenerio. Can any body tell in which table PR's will be available in EBP which were transfered from R/3 through report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.

2.While maintaining the Direct materials settings we should maintain attribute DP_PROC_TY.What is the value we should give against this attribute.

Thanks in advance,

Nanaji

Hi Nanaji,

In addition to Disha's replies please look at teh following points which may help you in resolving your queries :

1. The P.Rs that are transferred from R/3 are converted into Shopping carts and can be seen in Sourcing Cockpit (carry out sourcing link in portal) if the sourcing setting is maintained as Sourcing always carried out for the P.Group and Product category combination.

As mentioned by Disha you can also use BBP_PD to check shopping cart number and the entire status of that SC.

2. The attribute DP_PROC_TY is for creating P.Os manually in SRM. Its the transaction type for creating P.Os manually in SRM. You maintain ECPO / ECDP as the attribute value.

This comes into picture when you directly create a P.O using "Process Purchase Orders" link in SRM.If you don't maintain this attribute then you can not create a P.O manually using this link.

Hope this makes you more clear and helps in resolving your queries. Clarifications are welcome.

-->The PR's which are transferred from R/3 will be converted into SC(doc available in SRM will be Shopping cart for the requirements which are transferred from R/3) in SRM.You can see the details in trascn BBP_PD.In the selection screen in this trascn,in the field "Ext. Rqt Tracking No",you can put the R/3 PR no and in the field "Object Type" enter value "BUS2121'(for SC).Then you will see the SC which is created for that R/3 PR in SRM.Also you can see the table names where all the SC details are stored.
