End User Training is a self explanatory term. In End User Training, the role of consultant is to prepare a training manual. There cannot be a standard training manual, as the process varies from client to client, hence we require to prepare a training manual.

In training manual, we take a screen shot of the process, step by step & try to explain in the best possible details, along with Transaction Code & menupath. Only once we have configured the scenario & the same have passed the UAT (User Acceptance Test), it is possible to prepare the User Manual.

Hi,

As in the earlier reply, there is no SAP standad for end user training. It depends upon the company and users group. Anyway all the users have to undergo SAP overview, then the users will be seggregated to respective areas for in depth training in their respected areas.

Dear Anjaneyulu,

There is no standard steps in the SD to give the training to the end user it will be based on the business requirement or client requirement.

Normally word document will be prepared for the transactions according to their sales cycle,then the user will insruct according to that(oral explanetion also presents) .

Ex;Sales order>Delivery>Invoice

In the document we need to mention the step to create a the transaction.

Example to create VA01 transaction (Create sales order)

what is the transaction.

After entering the transaction what data the user need to enter up to how to save the sales order document will give step by step process with SAP screen shots.
