Problems with master page

Hi guys, I'm creating my first form with Adobe, I love it! Right now, my forms is almost done except that I have a problem with the master pages.

I'm creating a form for the BOL, very simple, I have 2 master pages and 1 body page. I have to display the BOL items, this start on the first master page and continue on the second master page.

Master Pages

First_Page (I have restrict the page occurrence to 1 here). My content area is half of my page

Next_Page, Content area cover the full page

The problem is if a print like 1 or 2 items that can be display on the first page only, the second master page is generated but is empty, why???

If I print more items, I don't have any problems, items are displayed on multi pages.

Ok, I found it by myself!

It was a problem with the subform & table pagination, it seems I have to use Place = following previous and After = Continue filling parent instead of Place = First_Page and After = Next_Page,
