minimum delivery quantity

Dear all,

can you guide me, how can i restrict if minumum delivery quantity has not fulfill in delivery document.

hi

goto MM02 enter material then goto SALES ORG!1 tab enter value in minimum delivery qty. save.

when ever u raise the delivery it wil give warning message.

HI venkata

go to delivery item categories ,0VLP and there check the feild check minimum quantity ,now when you enter less quantity in sales order than the mimimum delivery quantity in MMR it will give a warning message.in delivery. VL01N.

to restrict go to MM02 , sales orgn1 view , enter the minimum delivery qty . and save it

Dear venkata

Go to material master - under Sales; sales org.1, maintain the minimum delivery quantity in the field "Min.dely qty" and save.

Now go OVA2, select "H - Delivery item" and click on Procedures and select "L1 - Min.delivery item" and click on Fields. Here give the required input and try.

I have maintained in minimum delivery quantity in MMR, but in incompletion log i did not got any relevent field in tables LIPS, LIPSD, LIPSVB..., Can you guide me appropriate table & field please
