How to find corresponding sales order for list of Deliveries???

Hello,

Guys i have to track sales order no. using more than 500 delivery no's. I know i can get it from vbfa but i am looking for transaction, is there any transaction where i can get all the corresponding sales order no. for list of delivery no. appreciate your help----thanks in advance.

Dear Mike

There is no standard transaction to view sale order reference for deliveries in bulk. You have to run SE16 / VBFA. Alternatively, you can also run SE16 / VBRP and select the field AUBEL (for sale order reference) and VGBEL (for Delivery).

Create a querry through sq01, sq02, sq03 and join table VBAK and LIKP.

querry will give you list of all sales order for corresponding deliveries.

Hi,

Dont know how to do it for a complete sales organization, but you can always use tcode VC/2 as the sales summary report for a particular customer.

If you have maintained the customer credit databse, it would help you speeden up the process.
