Hi,
scenario : CRM 4 (620) with Portal 6.0 SP12
I have problems connecting from the portal to my CRM system. The portal calls http://server:8000 (WAS port)
If you paste this in IE you get a time out.
(normally you get a userid/pasw screen)
through netstat -a you see port 8000 is listening.
In a Dialog WP log i found :

W === ipl_Init() called
W ITSP Running against db release 620!
W ITSP Disable Kernel Web GUI functionality
W === ipl_Init() returns 2, ITSPE_DISABLED: Service is disabled (sapparam)

Who has some suggestions to troubleshoot?

Hi Hans,
if you want to run ITS services through integrated ITS this will not work. Your system has a 6.20 basis. In this environment integrated ITS is disable on system startup. Thats the reason you the trace entry in your dialog wp log.
