Hi,
I have a role associated to an alert category.
When an alert or notification for this category is triggered, only some users from that role receive the e-mail (I´m checking in SOST transaction).
If compare the users associated to the role in SU01 transaction, everything seems to be the same (roles, parameters, etc) except for the personal data (name, mail, etc).
Did anybody face this problem before? What is the reason for that?
I moved all the users to a different role and nothing changed...the problem might be related to an user configuration or authorization and not to the role...

The problem was:
I´m using remote e-mail to alert the users...but for some users there wasn´t a record in ADR7 table.
