Hello All,
We performed a homogenous system copy. Our source system was SQL 2000 (32-bit) and the target system is SQL 2005 (64-bit). We followed the normal attach/detach procedure. After bringing SAP online, it gives us an consistency check error in SICK - "Wrong long datatypes. Perform SQL2005 after upgrade steps. Please see note 126973."
Further we are being reffered to note 799058 which we have followed. Would appreciate any help on this.
Thanks,
Tony.
Note 799058 should be fine.
Did you run "SAP Tools for MS SQL Server" ?
Please check on SAP Note
683447 SAP Tools for MS SQL Server
that provides information of the location of "SAP Tools for MS SQL Server".
cheers,
Vincent
