CV02N, changes to classification fields not logged in Environment -changes

Hello,

When using CV02N, it appears that changes to Classification fields are not logged in Environment -> display changes. Is there a way for the user to see these changes?

Hi Heidi,

unfortunatly the changes of classification values could not be displayed in the 'Display Changes' window.

After talking to our classification experts (CA-CL) I can offer you

another solution by activating the 'Change Documents' for classification data. Please see the attached note 943559 question 3 for further information on this issue. Please note that activating the change documents needs some necessary customizing settings before. Therefore please pay attention to the addtional mentioned notes and be carefull when changing the customizing and executing the necessary reports.

The changes to classification characteristics are not shown in DMS transaction CV02N or CV03N. If you want to display the changes then you have to go to transaction CL20n or press the "Classification"

button in the DMS transactions. Here please select "Evironment >

Change documents" and you will see the changes to the classification

data.
