Hi,

I would like to have an advice about how to allocate people in a project involving PS.

This people will be taught on PS.

It is better to allocate in PS people of CO or MM or SD?

Interesting post to reply! And it's really difficult to say particular module person would be best fit for PS

Also I would say it depends on the nature of the PS project:

If it involves capital projects (Assets), prefer an CO person

If it involves customer intensive projects (Incomes involved), prefer an SD person

If the project involves scheduling/Resource/Material planning, prefer MM person

I would be inclined to have a CO person trained in PS.
