Hi everybody.
I have the following problem. After filling the download basket and confirm the downloads in the solution manager I receive the following error in the download manager:
The request failed: 401
My S-user is authorized and so I have no ideas .....

ps: I had 18 packages in the basket. after 4 I received this message

I have the same problem...S-user works fine, but we can´t download any Support Package.
I thinks the problem is in https://smpdla.sap.com...maybe authorizations???
With another user works fine, but I don´t understand because 2 users are equal (2nd user was copied from the other one).
Any ideas?

Hi,
is your second user on the same machne with the same download manager? Most likely the URL of your localinstallation is incorrect. Should be http://service.sap.com if I remem,ber it correctly.

Hi,
in that case it could be a problem of that particular package you try to download. Delete this 5th package from the list and try to continue - this should hopefully work.
