smartform main window in version 6.0

hi experts,

im working on smartforms.

my doubt is how many main windows we can create in a smartform?

in 4.7 version it allowed a single main window. then what is the case in version 6.0.

plz some one help me. give me the complete details abt no.of main windows in a smartform in version 6.0

but when i created 2 pages, each page with a main window, its not showing any syntactical errors, simply getting activated. but when i executed it, its going in to dump.

so, i created 2 pages, created main window in page1 n then copied it to page2, then its giving output, but the data is getting displayed only once, i mean either in page1 or in page2.

plz some one solve this. thanks in advance.

Hi,

if u create two main windows the 1st page main window data will be displayed in second page main window.

So in fisrt page create a secondary window with table and second page create a main window.

Revert back in case need any further help.

You can define one main window in a page...

Multipy with no of pages.

in a single page we can have a single main window, its ok. in the whole smartform, ignore the no.of pages i have, then on total, how many main windows i can have?

We can only create one main window per page in smartforms. Page means if we want similar layouts in all pages ( we use one page), if we want different layouts or number of windows we use multiple page formats.
