Hi
We are in process of Service Desk implementation and we transported everything related to Service Desk and we did some testing with 2 users. Now we have some where around 200 test Tickets are there in production.
Can any one please tell me how to delete that tickets.
Point will rewarded for the helpful answer

You typically cannot delete a transaction in a SAP system (in general and also in this case).
You have to archive it by using the SARA-transcation.
This is to ensure a consistency in the transaction data.
