can i assign 2 to 3 credit control areas for one company code
or not

No it is not possible to divide a company code into several credit control areas
If your credit policy requires decentralized credit management, you can define credit data for your customer for each company code.
If your credit management is centralized, you can combine your company codes in one credit control area.

u have to N number of company codes to one controlling are, it is a finacial controlling area for COMPANY, in general many companys theis controlling is one and different countries and they maintained individual names like for example UNI LEVERS, here they maintained different companies had different names like n india HINDUSTAN UNI-LEVERS, pakistan PAKISTAN UNI-LEVER like that, but they maintained controlling area for finacial matters from UK.

Hi
There is no assignment of cca to company code. You can assign many company codes to one cca.
Please check in customising>> Assignment>> Financial Accounting. You will get the list of assignments to be made. One more thing is that CCA comes above the company code and that is the reason Company Code is assigned to CCA.

but u can assign many company codes to one Credit Control area
