Dear Experts,
We have a requirement to customize SAP ISA CRM B2B application to a maximum limit. We are planning to modify all JSP pages heavily and also creating additional JSP pages as per the requirements. Other suggestion from our java team is not use ISA at all and instead create a new java based web application against CRM and R/3 systems. We as a SAP CRM team contesting, why should we create a new sales ordering application, since SAP had provided ISA?
My questions is : Has anyone from our community ever created a 3rd party web sales ordering application against CRM? If so what are the reasons for not using CRM ISA?
Appreciate quick and genuine answers
Thanks,
Paul Kondaveeti

The main challange is the product catalog and integrating with IPC. If you dont plan to use them then, its more like a bsp sales order application.
