EasyDMS user defined access list defaults

Hi

We implementing EasyDMS on ECC6 with access tab. At present, SAP defaults access to only author of document. Is there any way to change this to give everyone access unless user changes it?

Hi,

to avoid this initial creation of ADMIN authorization in EasyDMS please create the registry key AutoInheritedAuth of type DWORD in the following path of your registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\EasyDMS\General\

Then set the value '0' for it which will deactivate the initial creation of ADMIN authorization.
