Install "Intermediate Certifcate" for SSL

We got a certification response from VeriSign which is signed by an intermediate certificate (VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA).

As I've seen in /people/aniket.tare/blog/2005/03/22/ssl-certificate-installation-procedure-for-sap-j2ee-engine-630-150-steps-in-visual-administrator I've to load the intermediate certificate into to the keystore.

Unfortunately step 11 and 12 doesn't work properly -.-

Has anyone experience with such kind of intermediate certificates?

Is there a chance to get it working or have I to buy a new certificate which is signed directly?

The solution to this problem is to create a certificate chain.

If your certificated was signed by an intermediate certificate, you have to add this intermediate certificate to your certificate (means you build a certificate chain).
