document 101 does not exist

hi srm gurus,

i had a problem while configering sc one step approval as i am getting message 'document 101 does not exist' after manager approves the sc and locally it is creating a PR number but not created in R/3.

Basically i am abaper working on one step approval.

please help.

Check for dumps. And also verify the Trx RZ20 under Shopping Cart-->Backend application errors. Also you can verify using the Application Monitors.
