Hi,
Could anyone help me refresh cache contents. When in sxi_cache I execute 'start complete cache refresh' , the contents are refreshed just for a couple of seconds. On clicking "error during last attempts" I see the following-
cl_http_client RFC_READ_HTTP_DESTINATION AUTHORITY_NOT_AVAILABLE
Help appreciated.
Hi
Check out the HTTP Destination defined in SM59, you might have not mentioned the username and password.
Some time it happens that after filling the password, when you press the other tab button without saving, then the password is lost. So always remember to save the settings as soon as you fill the username and password field.

Hi Preeti,
Based upon the error below, it looks like an Authorization issue with the SM59 destination: INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI, created during the Post Install steps.
Make sure the Service user: XIISUSER logon details are correct and test the connection as per the XI30 installation guide Page:40
Thanks

Hi,
Check for authorisation of user. And assign authorisation object s_admi_fcd to the user.

Hi,
look at your sm59 destination "INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI"
is this working when you test?
And look at the logon procedure that is set Basic Authentication.

Robin
