1. I had to take a restart of Central Instance.

2. I had informed all users to logout and do not schedule any job.

3. But one of Master Loading person scheduled and run a job just before restarting.

4. Now, Job is not available in sm35 but it is being shown active job in sm37.

5. I have checked sm50, niether any work processor is occupied by this job and user.

Please do help me to kill/remove active status of this job.

Hello Dharmendra,

The job will be active on operating system level. Please kill the relevant process at OS level.

Also SM37 may be misleading you. Simply select the job in Sm37 and from menu select JOB-->Check Active Status.

Hi Dharmendra,

Thanks for the points. However the more important thing was knowing which of the two solved the issue. Sometimes I forget my own solutions and refer to my old posts ). it might help someone else as well in future.

Regards.

Hi,

Ask the person who has scheduled the job to check wheather the data is getting uploaded in the tables or not.

If not just go to sm37 and select the job and delete it.

That would do.

Vamshi.
