Incomplete Asset

Hi all,

I am trying to use TCODE AJAB for fiscal year closing and error is " Asset is incomplete and has to be completed"

I tried Tcode AUVA for Detail list of Incomplete asset ,

It shows data as per below-

class Asset Complete Layout FG Field Gr Field name

25031 220011 1 2000 2 Useful life ANLB-NDJAR

25031 220012 1 1000 2 Useful life ANLB-NDJAR

I cant understand the exact error.

Please explain.

Please try afab with error analysis check.

And also check if you have given planned useful life for assets.

assign points if found useful

Hi,

It looks like the Useful life for the Asset isnt filled in. Pls. fill it in in the Asset Master.

Hi,

You have to complete 12 periods depreciation run for that asset and try for year end closing it will work.

Assign points if this solve your problem.

Hi Have a look to the asset with AS02

There should be a value in Time dependent (co object BA?) and in Deprec area.

Look in al tabs if you did not forget to fill a required value
