Info type 0581 Updationprobelm

Hi,

While updating the info type 581, automatically the amount should be updated in info type 8.

I am entering the amount in info type 581 and trying to save it, it is giving error " No automatic updation for IT0008, Allowance group not found" i checked the RAP Eligiblity, allowance groups and wage type model aslo. All are fine and they contain the wage types HRA.

Please help me. what will be the problem? Where I need to change the settings.

Check the following tables for HRA wage type is maintained.

V_T510

V_T539A

V_T7INA1

V_T7INA3

I checked all the table given in the thread, Still my problem was not solved. Please help if any other chances.

Hai..

Ensure that the following are satisfied for HRA WGTYPE TO BE DEFAULTED IN IT8

1. HRA wagetype should form part of the wagetype model

2. HRA wagetype should had been attached to SHRA wagetype

3. HRA wagetypes should form part of T7INA9 table for the concerned allowance grouping

4. Infotype 0581 should be maintained for the employee for HRA wagetype to dynamically populate into IT0008

you need to maintain the eligibility for the corresponding Housing in the table V_T7INR1,3,5,7,9 and also look at the payroll constant table T511k for IT581.
