Value Contract is something where a contract is entered with the customer based on a "Value"
Here the delievry dates are not there it is prepared for a certain period and prepared in VA41.
after preparing we preapre "Realse Orders" based on value contract upon which bcoz of copy controls the value gets upd. in the contract.
There r many things other than this like to preapre a contract profile to cancel etc..
