I have a standard intercompany sales process and the invoicing is complete but the delivery shows still in process Could you tell where all to check?

Could also check if the requirement maintained in copy control.

Check the copy control whether item category is relvant for delivery. in case you want it then delivery will have to be processed. however in that case it would be del related billing and you won't be able to bill.

Have u done goods receipt for intercompany. Please check it it not please do goods receit then delivery will be changed to complete status.
