Can u say, what are all the topics that are covered under product data management and where can we find the material for those topics?

Product data management is part of SAP PLM. Please go to below link and go to features and function.

Go to life cycle data management. You will get the offering from SAP.
You need to specify the exact requirement as SAP PLM is quite big umbrella.
