Hi friend,
Business cycle is nothing but general steps that involve in business, i.e. inquiry, quotation, contracts, order, delivery , complaints, billing, returns, etc
but
Customer business cycle is particular about that company business process. if service sector company which will have two scenarios,
service good/service with delivery
service good/service without delivery

Hi,
Business sales cycle is the trend followed by the business as a whole which includes both inward as well as outward movements for particular business unit.
Whereas customer sales cycle is related to overall sales transaction by a customer for specific company.
Hope the answer meets your query.
Regards
