on the sales order can i change the delivery date by changing the date on the reqd delivery date field ?i have tried but in the shipping tab delivery field is disabled ?please help

If u want ur Req. delivery date as ur confirmed delivery date

what u can do is unchk the "Propose Del. Date" filed in ur order type.

Then in ur order u have to put manully the date reqire u to deliver the goods but sys. will confirm this date based on the

avaliablity chk.

Hi,

Delivery date can be changed according to your requirement but system proposes the confirmed quantity date based on the Availability Check settings....

Requested delivery date is customer intended delivery date which is independent of delivery date confirmed by the system.... You can check this clearly in ITEM data of a sales order in the schedule lines tab...
