I see in the Workflow Log, a message that, my WF is logically Deleted? What does it mean.

Do you have a any control step with the properties 'Cancel Process' ?
If yes then
"At runtime, the system terminates the current process instance, including all active steps, and sets the status for the process to logically deleted."

If you have Fork or Switch steps , then check for the neccessary branches mentioned in the Fork and conditions mentioned in the Switch step respectively. Because it may also lead to the Logically Deleted error.
