Problem while using method from java class which is imported

Hello Everybody,

I have developed a java class in NWDS and imported corresponding zip file into XI and tried to use a method of that class in UDF. But it is giving me error saying the class doesnt exists.

I did all the necessary steps like giving corresponding class name in imports section of UDF definition.

Please provide me any thoughts to solve this problem

ZIP? It should be jar!

Did you upload the class as imported archive in the same software component and namespace, save and activate?

Can you exclude any typo?

Plz try to Undeploy the JAR file and then deploy the JAR file in the server.There might be some deploymetn problem .Plz chk it.

reply if some problem exists.
