SOAP Error

I am getting the following exception in communication channel monitoring.

Scenario is SAP to Webservice(SOAP)

Recv is SOAP comm channel

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Connection refused: connect: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Can anyone tell me the reason for this?

Hi

check for the following things

1.the target url that u have given in the receiver soap adapter(case sensitive)

2.check soap action (if u have) mentioned in the adapter(again

case sensitive)

if u still face the problem please reply me back.
