Client Queries on Integration between Unicode & Non-Unicode servers

There is an ECC 5.0 (Non-Unicode) server.

They are going for a new ECC 6.0 (_UNICODE_) Server.

What can be the problems, challenges & issues when an exchange of data (especially FI related) takes place between those two servers.

Note: Exchange can take place in either direction.
