got to the FTXP : give tax code, which you want to create and give country.
then you can maintain the % for that tax code for your respective condition type.

T.Code: FTXP
Difference between TAXINJ & TAXINN is in TAXINJ, Tax rate is picked based on rates maintained in Tax Code, whereas in TAXINN, Tax rate will be picked from condition record, but if Tax code is missing in condition record, Transaction will flow upto billing, but not release to accounting.

The T.code for creating tax code is FTXP, not FXTP.
Here u need to enter the comp. code and create the Tax. code and assign it in the tax condition records.
