how to create a sevice agent for a transportation scenerio?

please do explainm me

hi,

a service agent is nothing but a Vendor in SAP terms as we are buying the transportation services from him. Create him as Vendor with XK01 and maintain the required attributes. At the time customer creation assign this vendor. Incase of multiple vendors assign all of them. At the time of sales order it would ask which vendor to choose. enter the freight charges at order or delivery depending requirements and customizations and configure it to a GL account.

HI,

You can define service agent in Tcode XK01. Add the same in SD Partner determination.
