Invoice quantity of service material not updated in mcsi report

Hi to all,

My Info structure is not updating total invoiced quantity for material type Service it only displays zero(0) quantity and the base unit of measure but it displays total sales amount.

However, for retail items it displays the total invoiced quantity and sales amount.

what am i missing in my info structure?

Yes, the material statistics group is updated.

The info structure is retrieving the amount but not the quantity.

Could it be possible that this is because the item is service and non-inventory?

pl check if you have maintained the material statistics group in the material master of your service material.
